Here you will find quick answers to the most important questions about the V-IZ German courses.
1. Is V-IZ an official BAMF integration course?

No, V-IZ is a private online course — and that’s your advantage. You don’t have to wait months for an available spot; you can start immediately.
But the quality is the same:

  • Our teacher is a native German speaker with official BAMF certification. She normally teaches in state-recognized integration courses.
  • We use the textbook “Schritte plus Neu” — the standard coursebook used in most official integration courses in Germany.

So you learn exactly the same content as in a language school, just more flexibly from home.
2. Will I receive an official certificate after the course?

Since V-IZ is an online course, we do not issue a state-recognized certificate. However, our course is specifically designed to prepare you for external exams. After completing the course, you can register independently for exams such as telc Deutsch B1, Goethe-Zertifikat, or “Leben in Deutschland”.
3. Which language level is the course suitable for?

Our video course covers levels A1, A2 and B1.

It is ideal for complete beginners with no prior knowledge — but also for learners who want to review grammar or prepare specifically for the B1 exam.

5. What exactly does the AI ​​trainer do?

The AI trainer (included in the €49.99 plan) replaces your conversation partner. Our artificial intelligence listens to your speech, analyzes your pronunciation, and corrects your writing (e.g. letters).It’s the most effective way to practice speaking and writing without a teacher.
6. Are the books included in the price?

Yes! The official coursebook “Schritte plus Neu” is included.

You decide how you want to learn:

    Use the book directly online in your course area — simple and convenient.
  • Printed:
    Prefer a real book in your hands? No problem! We’ll ship it to your home.
    You only pay the shipping costs — the book itself is free for you.
7. Is there a minimum contract term?

No. We want you to stay because the course is good — not because you are forced to. The subscription can be canceled monthly. You can even book just one month if you only need quick preparation for an exam.
8. Where can I take the official exam?
