About V-IZ

V-IZ is the digital corporate offering from SH Sprachschule Heilbronn (AZAV-certified, an approved integration-course provider since 2009). We bring our in-person teaching into a digital format: the same teacher, the same number of hours, the same coursebook, complemented by AI. Without a fixed classroom, without course dates.

V-IZ is deliberately not an admin platform. You simply choose the level and quantity and pass the codes on internally. No user lists, no accounts, no import.

Do we have to set up employees as users in advance?
No. You purchase ready-made packages with an activation card and coursebook. The employee registers themselves and enters the code. No user accounts, no import, no administration.
Which delivery formats are available?
Printed packages with a coursebook and activation card by mail, or digital codes by email. For employees abroad, digital delivery is ideal.
Do we receive a company invoice?
Yes. You receive a proper invoice made out to your company with VAT shown separately. On request, as a consolidated invoice.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. From 10 packages the price per licence is lower, and from 100 packages it's 120 € per person. We automatically calculate the discount into the quote.
Do employees receive an official certificate?
V-IZ prepares you from A1 to B1 and for external exams such as telc or Goethe. The official exam is taken at a recognised exam centre.
What happens if an employee leaves the company?
Unactivated codes can be passed on internally. A redeemed code is tied to the respective user account.
Do we need our own IT or administration?
No. V-IZ requires no technical setup. Employees use the app or web and sign in themselves with their code.
How long is access valid?
Each module is usable for 6 months after activation.
Is the course tax-deductible?
German courses for employees can usually be classified as professional development. Your tax advisor will review the specific treatment.
Is this an official integration course?
No. V-IZ is a standalone digital German course for flexible preparation and support. It does not replace an official integration course, but it can prepare you well for one and accompany it.
